The following fees are valid for the ARES / CD-MAKE conference:
At least one author (of every accepted paper) has to pay the regular registration fee (please register by June 30, 2018)
The registration fee includes the entrance to all ARES conference and workshop sessions and the social events as well as the lunch during the conference (Mo-Thu). The registration does not include accommodation. Accommodation recommendations will be provided.The registration fee includes one paper, each additional paper is EUR 150.
Cancellation Fee: EUR 50 (No cancellation will be allowed after August 06, 2018). Substitution is welcome.

****The Registration Extended ticket includes your full registration and all Social Events for your partner. (For further details please contact us at: ares@sba-research.org).
***** The ARES & ICS-CSR combined ticket includes the entrance to all ARES and ICS-CSR sessions / coffee breaks / lunch.
****** The ICS-CSR add on ticket (in addition to your ARES registration) includes the entrance to all ICS-CSR sessions.
******* You can acquire social event tickets (for all/specific events) for accompanying persons

Students have to show a valid student ID at the conference site:
